The New Generation Plant-Based Chefs
I entered a contest on the search for ‘The New Generation Plant-Based Chefs' in the Netherlands!! And I’m selected to be one of the 6 finalists!!!
The final will be on November 15, 2021 and then it will become clear, through a cooking assignment, who The New Generation Plant-Based Chef will be.

The dish I made for this contest is called:
‘Let the beets go nuts with spicy pumpkin cake’
For the real dark days feeling...
A beautiful pile of delicious, spicy gingerbread with local walnuts and pumpkin and in between an intense walnut paste. Served with a sweet, fresh beet sorbet ice cream.
This delicious dessert is completely organic and free of gluten, lactose, refined sugars and artificial additives.
